How NordForge handles data
This policy applies to NordForge products and services, including NorthForged Sentinel for iOS.

2. Data we may process

3. Camera data and recordings
NorthForged Sentinel is designed for professional camera monitoring. Live streams, snapshots, and recordings are processed according to your configuration and connected infrastructure. You are responsible for lawful camera operation, notice or consent obligations, and local compliance where your cameras are deployed.
4. Subscriptions and payment information
For in-app subscriptions on iOS, Apple handles billing and payment processing. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive transaction metadata from Apple (for example, plan status, renewal state, and product identifier) to manage access and support.
5. How we use information
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain subscription access, respond to support requests, improve performance and reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the product (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support, and payment platform integrations) under contractual controls.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, support, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. For iOS subscriptions, you can manage renewals and cancellation through your Apple ID subscription settings.
